No HiAce has a spare wheel mounted on the rear hatch. This kind of equipment was more suited to a leisure-oriented van. The rear window is also quite slanted. I first thought about a Toyota MasterAce Surf, or its twin, the Daihatsu Delta Wide Wagon. The rear lights' shape is correct too, but the nose isn't pointy enough. Link to "www.flickr.com" And there's also the Nissan Venette Largo, which looks quite similar. http://en.autowp.ru/picture/496796 The strangest thing in the drawing is the small vertical side window. None of my suggestions came with one, and to my feeble knowledge, this tiny window was mostly used on ambulances in Japan, for some reason.
