No it wasn't called Sport then but Monte Carlo V4, my mistake. It has the specific twin chrome trim at the bottom, and also not the trim above the wheels which the other ones lost for MY1971. Monte Carlo V4 is said to be ended early 1968. This seems to have the 1969 front end. I have found photos of Monte Carlos with the new front end. Does your book mention that? List as 1969 SAAB V4 Sedan [96] for now? (Nothing 1970-specific to be seen) |

As I mentioned earlier that is 1970 model year due to rear sidemarker that has the light/reflector assembly as opposed to side reflector at the taillight from the previous year. |
