I guess it's a 601, yes. The 301 D looked similar but I think the windscreen frame was more massive on the 301 D. |

The low placed headlights make this a 1935 model, the thin, angular windscreen frame was only to be found on the Roadster (the Cabriolets had round windscreen corners and a thicker frame). Therefore this could be a 401 D or 601 D (the 301 D didn't come as Roadster this year, only in 1936, but with a smoother curved bumper). By the rather short nose I'd go for a 401 D Roadster. |
