If I may put words in your mouth, as it were, I think we're supposed to think it's an RT, but there is so much wrong with it that we shouldn't call it one. |

I looked twice at it because this screen capture in isolation looks like an animation. Looks like a cross between an RLH and a late STL. Call it made for movie, or a copy of an AEC Regent III. |
