Yes, it is a Wolseley, but it's a 16/60 and not a 15/60. The main visual difference was that the 16/60's tailfins were not as pronounced as those on the 15/60, the front overriders are positioned further from the centre of the vehicle and the chrome trim on the sides touches the headlamp surrounds on the 16/60, whereas on the 15/60 the trim stops about two inches further back. The first image is not very clear but it seems that the overriders are positioned as they would be for a 16/60 and the chrome trim, although very blurred, appears to be that of a 16/60 and also it doesn't seem to have the mazak casting of the 15/60. Unfortunately it's a bit too blurred to give a positive ID, but the second image definitely shows the cut down tailfins of the 16/60. |
