A few appearances during film - possibly genuine rally footage from 52 Alpine rally plus some borrowed time to film specific bits. Night start at 20-51 Sequence at 32-56 Final appearance at finish line 55-56 which is a total goof. Somehow the rally finale turned into a race, with the MG overtaking the leader in the last couple of hundred yards to win - hoorah! However the leader was clearly a silver Jag XK120 in the preceding sequence, with no Frazer-Nash involved. LUF 956 = CREAM 1952 FNASH MILLE MIGLIA UNKNOWN SPORTS. Chassis box not big enough to take 421/100/165, so I've chopped the 421 bit. |
