I was looking at the plastic bumpers and I went too fast. In fact, the plastic bumpers were introduced for the 1981 model year by the 18 Turbo ( only ). The 18 GTL received them for the 1982 model year and they were extended to all the range in the 1983 model year. |

The GTL also had white indicators since 1982 m.y.? As far as I know, all the 18 range received white indicators for the 1982 model year, but this must be 1983 indeed due to its black door handles. Renault considered officially the 18 Type 2 only from April 1984, when it received the new grille and other new details. -- Last edit: 2007-12-04 20:02:53 |
