I think conversion vans were usually built from Ram Vans rather than Ram Wagons; the lack of passenger doors supports that in this case at least. I have not had any luck identifying the builder yet. |

The three thumbs that show the side of the van are flipped. We don't see the passenger side of it. There is likely passenger doors on that side. |
