 11 Normale, with chromed grille. I guess it is pre 1937.

 Again , a mix of different era .
Post-war:
The grill , is 1949+ type though it had never been fully chromed as here
The bumpers are those of models 1947-52
Pre-war:
The rims are from the Michelin's range Pilote in an unusual Blak painting (1938-46)

So, difficult to determine at 100% the YM. What is the genuine accessory?
I suggest to say: 1938+
