I'm sure it hadn't. In the late 30s trucks of Polish Army were mostly Polski Fiats and local made Chevrolets (civilian market was dominated by these brands too). Especially for army it was important to have Polish made vehicles, Opel Blitz wasn't made here. The Polish company which signed license agreement with GM for production of various GM vehicles in Poland, wasn't interested in production of Blitz - believe already due to some military reasons. -- Last edit: 2015-05-20 15:12:57 |
