I might be wrong, but as far as the Wikipedia article says, the 323 was sold in North America as the GLC, until '85 (or whenever it was that the next generation came out). |

I think the square headlights didn't appear on US models intil 1981, same year the sedans and hatchbacks went to FWD. Hard to believe, this was basically a new car then! |

It seems you're right 929V6 after checking the plate of this still registered '81 GLC Wagon with Oregon plates: Link to "www.curbsideclassic.com" I initially thought that the GLC Wagon got the face lift in 1981 like its hatchback counterpart but it seems the wagon received it a year later. -- Last edit: 2014-06-14 05:57:39 |
