 1961-66 Ford light-duty F-Series Chassis-cab for sure, with what seems to be "heavy light-duty" front wheel rims of a 1-ton F-350 indeed.
1963-64 only hood side emblem. But what kind of grille is this??? It doesn't look like any of the 1961-66 era :think:
