Sandie...Does that car look green to you?? |

It's the DVLA who think it's green. Not me (It may be that it's been repainted since 1988) |

Bien joué, Sandie ! (Well done, Sandie!) (I feel like in the skin of a Canadian official, now.) |

DVLA colour information is often weird. All it means is that at some point this Bentley is or was registered as green - maybe when it was first made, or perhaps had a repaint in the nearly 30 years since the ep. Old things often get repainted during a restoration - look how many cars change colour during classic rescue TV shows. And people often just don't tell the DVLA that there's been a colour change (or an engine change or whatever else they may have done). |

Mark VI. Since you can only see the front panels clearly, and they are directly from the Standard Steel Saloon, and I am not familiar with the car, it is difficult to speculate upon who constructed the rest of the coachwork. The spat on the rear mudguard, and the position of the trafficator, do, however, suggest Park Ward did it. Link to "www.motorsportmagazine.com" -- Last edit: 2015-06-19 08:42:27 |
