@mike962: It was my first thought too, but it's not a 7-hole Jeep grille, just a tuning one. Is this episode shot in Thailand like the previous one, or in South Africa as a lot of other episodes? There in no details about it in the IMDb for now. I assume you meant the "2007+" (2550+ in the Thai calendar ![]() ![]() Crew cab model: ![]() (00:27:55) By the way, this is a "minimalistic action vehicle or used in a really extra short scene", seen just arriving and with the (invisible) driver and passengers starting to open the doors (from 00:27:54.720 to 00:27:56.280), always from that viewpoint. |

The "SANSIRI" logo is visible on the red wall. http://www.sansiri.com/eng/ Thai location confirmed. |

@ love krittaya: Seeing the Eiffel Tower doesn't mean automatically that you're in Paris ![]() Remember that most of the scenes supposed to be seen in RHD countries are shot in South Africa, and a quick paint job can easily give the sansiri logo... But there are some clues in the final credits to indicate that some scenes might indeed have been shot in Thailand ![]() ![]() ![]() (00:44:07 // 00:44:09) |

@eLMeR: Season 5 was filmed in Thailand and Hungary. They didn't do any filming in South Africa. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strike_Back:_Legacy#Production love_krittaya is Thai, in case you hadn't noticed. ![]() -- Last edit: 2015-06-30 10:45:32 |

I noticed the Thai flag before writing my comment. But I have a flag from Nauru (and previously from Tuvalu) and don't live there, the same way big dave doesn't live in Vatican City ![]() Anyway, I stand by what I said earlier: having a Thai logo on a wall in a series episode doesn't prove that the scene was shot in Thailand, as we already have lots of screenshots from fake location scenes in the IMCDb... The final credits are a better proof. I use the Internet for almost 20 years now, and learned quickly that what is written on it is not automatically the reality. All the more when the informations are given by good-willing people without cross-checked sources ![]() -- Last edit: 2015-06-30 15:46:33 |

Thanks a lot. I confirm it too easily. :-) And at the right of this picture, I see something similar to Thai police booth https://archive.is/u9F1Z . -- Last edit: 2015-06-30 17:09:11 |
