Sorry, I think it is a '41, with headlamps at edges of fenders and squarish grille. Pretty sure it is a mid-1941 Pontiac "Metropolitan" sedan, which was what Pontiac called their new junior GM A-Body edition of the popular "C"-body sedan used by Cadillac 62, Buick Super/Roadmaster, Olds 98 and Pontiac Series 24/29 Custom Torpedo. The other car is a ca. 1929 Pierce-Arrow...note trademark headlamps-on-fenders design. |

The Metropolitan was not a model - rather a name for the 4 window sedan body style, could be a six or an eight. |
