Back in the 1960s (a dim and distant era for you young'uns, but shortly after dinosaurs stopped walking the earth) Lenham and Ashley (and others - one day we might even find an Arkley SS) did lots of different fibreglass bits for Spridgets (and Spitfires, MGBs etc). Looking more closely this is probably an Ashley as squarer shape than rounded Lenham, but it looks as if now Lenham sell Ashley as well as their own - maybe a takeover??
