dsl ◊ 2015-07-08 00:53	Looks like plate is FL 123 format (so 1903-31, maybe cherished number older than car) rather than FLx 123, though FLx 1 or 12 format might cause the same spacing. Most Flx permutations were London issue late 38 into 39.
