 The moped the guy is sitting on is a Zündapp KS50.

 I have the feeling, seeing this http://www.moped-museum.de/zuendapp/zuendapp-ks-75-511.htm that —because of the fork and the shape of the engine— we are in front of a KS 75 more than a KS 50. Early 60s one ('1961-63' says the page).
