 I say pre-1968 due to lack of sidemarkers. I have doubt if this is Chevrolet Step-Van due to its hubcap :think:

 1962-80 Chevrolet Step-Van 7 / P10 with the 1962-67 front face. As explained here (Edit: dead link now. See the transfered comment below), P1345 Chevrolet code if a 1962-67 model, 11035 (without a letter) if a 1967 one.

(Or it could also be the GMC Value Van P-1000 counterpart? But I don't know a lot about its possible model years and changes)

The P10 name seems to have been only used for the Forward Control model (i.e. naked chassis + engine) at first, then it appears also for the van in Chevrolet literature, from time to time, from 1965 onwards.

For the record, the last Dubl-Duti was unveiled in 1948 and replaced by this 1958-67 Step-Van:

The boxy P-20 and P-30 were unveiled in 1964 as Step-Van King models.

 Side badge matches the Chevy and not the GMC.

 The equivalent Value Van models seem indeed to have had a 1-line / 2-part badge, just with letters.
