I think that's a fake plate. It's not a pre-civil-war Yugoslav plate, which had embossed characters. Zvornik is in Republika Srpska, which used the Cyrillic alphabet on its plates. http://www.worldlicenseplates.com/world/EU_BOSN.html#S |
