 It can't be a 2003, because in 2003 the EL was based off the [EU/ES/EM/EP] Honda Civic. Did Canada get it earlier for the EL?

 still believe its smaller than Accord....
and the fact that Accord has the tailights joining the license plate makes me doubt about it being a Accord too as this one has a space between lights and plate

 @antp: if you're replacing pics, there is a panning shot where the sun is shining on this car, there it is seen much better.

 I replaced just a few, I didn't recapture all cars, thinking it was already well done and mostly in HD
(but it seems it is not)

 Chassis code for the 1997-2000 EL is [MB4]. Not [ES3]. That code is for the 2001-2005 models with the 1.7L D17A SOHC VTEC(not sure yet if it is for the coupe/hatch/sedan).
