 2003-06 roof gutter and side... if a Dodge. But the scene takes apparently place in France: if really shot in France, it should then be a MB, not a Dodge.

Answer to myself:
Although the overall nomenclature of some SAMU vans is respected, a small hint shows the fake location: Paris de SAMU, on the side, is the opposite of what would be written on an accurate French van :D

 I never think to these details, thanks. This said, Freightliner and Dodge rims are really similar, I wonder if it can help to tell a make over another, when seen from afar.
By the way, the link you give to the Dodge seems to show a Freightliner model. If I'm not mistaken, a Dodge van would have less bars in the grille ;)
