As far as I know, the 1998-today Crown Victoria has no changes on the outside, so how could we know which year exactly is which vehicle? Or am I mistaken? If not, I think, we should list them all as 1998...

Possibly because I was randomly putting a year between 1999 and 2003 some time ago for these Crown Victoria, was I never remembered the exact first year But some are really newer models, I remember some comments about comments posted details allowing to identify newer models.
