its not an 1992 because it has the clear signal lamps in the front, in the US in which where this movie was made, the cars had clear lamps from 1995-1999, however since this car has non body colored bumpers its a 1995-1996, so the year of this car is either a 1995 or an 1996, not a 1992. |

WHY HASN'T BEEN CHANGED TO WHAT ath20wj SAID? AFTER A YEAR? ANYONE with automotive KNOWLEDGE, A BRAIN, and the ability to RESEARCH can see this is obviously a then-new 1996 US spec S-Class. Thank ath20wj. I try my best to make sure most of cars on TV/Theater screens are correctly labeled by applying my knowledge of cars and trying back it up by researching models of different brands BEFORE POSTING if I don't know. This is a 1995 S500, not 500SE. They retired that name in June 1993 and the US NEVER offered 500SE's on both W126 and early W140 models. |
