Fake. 277 would most likely be a Moscow plate, but that number hasn't been issued yet.

 The VIN confused me since it went to a 2006 1500, but I was quickly able to uncover the mystery. (beat that Shaggy!)

 3500 SLT Quad Cab 4X4 built February 3, 2003 in Dark Garnet Red Pearlcoat. Idaho truck originally sold in Los Angeles. Came standard with a bedcap.
