 Probably at least 1986+, could stand a chance of being 90+ Cagiva - glitzy wheels and colours, 4 plush seats with headrests, unusual rear bumpers, but unable to confirm on current info.

 Update - no grab handles on top rear side struts of roll cage, so not a Cagiva. Red seat belts and these seats seem to be 1989 Moke 25th Anniversary, 250 built
