 1979+ model year because its not a Convertible Conversion and it has a Chrome grille. Very likely its vehicle number 3189: http://sdgalerie.piwigo.com/picture?/1942/category/13-sd79___3163_3232.

For your information: First two prototypes were built in 1973 and in use until 1985.
