 Several cars were used.
In the scene when the cars ends in the lake, when doors are open, it is clearly visible that it is an orange car that was repainted in green.

As Antoine said the car is red, when the actress opens the door in the water you can clearly see the B pillar painted in red, also, another detail is that for some reason, when the car hits the ramp both front wheels get stuck up as if there were no shock absorbers.
