I would say it looks like a pretty close match for the Ambulance version of a Humber Heavy Utility

They did a number of vehicle types on the 4x4 Humber 8 CWT chassis. Technically the Heavy Utility was the staff car version, there was also the PU which was the wireless truck version and the Ambulance. They didn't have more specific definitions so it is probably fine to lump them all as Heavy Utilities.

The Humber Light Reconnaissance Car MkIIIA also used that chassis, but had different axles and armoured brakes.
