 No front radiator grille , asymmetrical wheelbase (long rear overhang), three chrome stripes (with longest one at the top) on the front makes me guessing about a underfloor engined Büssing. Dutch bodywork?

 could be early BOVA.
Front looks a little bit like BOVA Benelux.

Or Domburg with DAF components, also a former dutch bus-builder
