eLMeR ◊ 2015-11-23 12:42	1947-55 Advance-Design (with a hyphen, supcoach!) indeed. Here with the 1947-53 grille and 2-part windshield, but above all, with the 1947-50 one-piece door window. No vertical reinforcement bar in front of the rear wheel arch means a ½-ton model: a 1947-48 Thriftmaster / 1949-50 3100. In both case, this implies a 3104 Chevrolet model code. ⇒ 1947 Chevrolet Advance-Design [3104]? (1947 being used here as default model year, I'm not sure we should give this pickup a model name: Thriftmaster would be wrong if a late model, and "1947 3100" would be inaccurate)
