That's cause it's a FAKE!! The NYPD had Dodge Monacos, and 1983 Plymouth Gran Furys when this film was released. |

I thought so. We actually had 1979-80 LeBaron taxi's in San Francisco (oddly enough from the DeDoto Cab Company) so I thought there might have been some sort of "fleet" LeBaron or something to that effect.  |
