From what can be seen, it could be a GMC model too. As said by tore-40, the first thumb shows the 1949+ fuel filler cap (behind the cab): a 1949-50 model. No vertical reinforcement bar in front of the rear wheel arch indicates a ½-ton: 1947-48 Thrifmaster (irrelevant here) / 1949-55 3100 if a Chevrolet or 1947-55 GMC 100.
