 After some thorough investigation using Google Japan. This Isuzu Erga is actually its smaller sister: the Erga Mio. Bus NMS-2 is a 2002 model [KK-LR233J1] owned by the Nagoya City Transportation Bureau. Here's a picture of the same bus: http://mac550tk.blogspot.com/2014/10/200654.html .
