The fuel filler opening looks small like a CJ5, has civilian marker lights and appears to have a JEEP logo stamped on the cowl side panel. The rear bodywork lacks the top bow recess (could be a replacement aftermarket body?) of the Brazil units. Not a good view of the rear fender arch which could be definitive.
