In this case "jern bane vogn fabrikk" would translate into: "iron track wagon factory". More common examples include: "Ananasringer i vann" - "ringed pineapple in water" / "ananas ringer i vann" - "pineapple calls (on the phone) in water" "Ekte håndlagde vafler" - "real handmade waffles" / "ekte hånd lagde vafler" - "a real hand made waffles".
