 Definitely S1. Not sure if Jag or Daimler grille, but looks vinyl roof. Made me think of this recent NEO Daimler Double Six VdP model, but that's only a passing comment, not a definite ID.

 First glance it is a Jaguar 12 as there is no sign of the 6's cross bars, but as they are all wet perhaps it is an illusion.
