 I think it has enough chrome and the longer rear/trunk, so it's probably the six-cylinder version, so either W180 or W128.

 Double chrommed stripes below door, only 220 S. The absence of plate lights, although difficult to confirm, suggests a 1959 model.

 Both 220 and 220 S had these double chrome strips, the 219 was the only 6-cylinder Ponton with a single strip. The 220 S also had some thin chrome strips accentuating the fender mouldings, and I don't think they are on this car.
