 280 SE no type badge but we don't need by new side mirrors newer grille headlights allready US style rear view reveals twin pipes so no 250 S but 280 anyway

 1968+ because of the door mirrors indeed, I cannot see if it has a newer or older grill.
Of the W 108/109 range only the 250 S had single exhaust pipe, all the rest had twin pipes.
Is there a better capture of the hub caps or the interior?

Made for Germany because of the fog light?
I know that when cars were imported second hand from Germany to Sweden the fog lights had to be removed to comply with Swedish legislation.

No, the foglight wasn't mandatory over here. It was an extra option. @rjluna2: this one is from Hella.
