Going by the hood louvres it is a 1929 Hudson. For 1929 the Super Six was renamed the Model L Greater Six. |

I didn't read my copy of The Standard Catalog closely enough and there is a typo in that section of my 1982 copy, with a paragraph repeated. Yes Model R was the regular Hudson for that year and the Model L was the long wheelbase version, usually with Biddle and Smart bodies.
