Because it's been pimped, details are confusing, but I think it's a Mk7 Cooper S with Sportpack big wheels/arches which have been made bigger, and that's about when they re-offered lots of older grille styles. Doesn't match any of the runout limited editions particularly well, but the overlaid pimping may have altered relevant detailing.
