Not a Packard I think as the radiator shape is wrong and Packard trucks were heavier than this. It has shaft drive and looks very much like a White Model GBBE three quarter ton truck which is pictured in the Floyd Clymer Historical Catalog of 1914 Cars. The bigger One and a half ton Model TBC has dual rear wheels and the heavier models have chain drive.
