I would agree with Plymouth. My '29 sedan has the same spare rim mount. |

I just had another look at this one. The bumpers are wrong for 1929 Plymouth. It might be a DeSoto. Back later after checking. Isn't it amazing how quickly two years goes by. -- Last edit: 2009-02-25 09:39:07 |

This is really a 1930 30-U Plymouth Rumble Seat Coupe. The rear window is oval in shape and thus was produced in the latter half of production. The 1928, 1929 and the first half of 1930 production had retangular rear windows. This is not a Business Coupe. Note the handle directly behind the rear window. the Business Coupe had the handle at the rear directly behind the spare tire mount. |
