Cadillac 1931. The badge on the headlight tiebar tells how many cylinders. Behind is a 1934 or 35 Buick - a big series, not series 40 which only has three side strips on the hood. |

Looks like the roadster body style, mounted on a V8 chassis (can't really make out "V8", "V12" or "V16" on the grille badge). |
