1939-early 1940s footage. Both FO and FD plates impossible to usefully date - long running series which both started in 1903 and crept slowly into the 1930s and beyond.

 I would go with 1934 or 1935 Buick, probably a McLaughlin-Buick sold new in UK. It will be either Series 50 or 60 as the Series 40 was not sold there in those years.
