Going by what I can find on Bob's Classics (the go-to place on the internet for neoclassics these days), this one was likely built by Heritage Motor Cars, Inc. of Miami, Florida. Bob's has had more than a hundred of them over the years, so it was a popular model. In the late '80s they were built on Dodge Dakota chassis (that 1988 model even has the badge on the side seen here), later switching to Chevrolet power.
