 Probably ZA sourced. Could be GXL or Ghia - their trim and colour combinations were a bit more extrovert than UK. Wing badge could be 3.0 (later GXL style) or Ghia; does not have body colour wheel trims or rear panel fill as European Ghias but white vinyl and this blue could well mean ZA Ghia trim. Let's call it a 75+ Ghia.
