Early one - no side mouldings. But posh trim - grille highlights and tints. In UK this would be GLS, although would also have headlamp wipers. |

This is strange one. French cars had chromed grille in 1308 GT and 1309 SX - both had headlamps wipers... With possible exception for the model year 1978, when 1309 SX didn't exist yet and 1308 GT for this one year could have headlamps wipers as extra option and not standard equipment (like in all other years). Something like that you could read from tables at now defunct "1307-1308.org" website. However it is hard to verify, I suspect they could make there also a typo/mistake (presence of equipment was marked in tables with "Oui" or "Option"). Somehow the wheels don't look for 1308 GT. The B-pillar color is unclear with this pic, the front window trim looks like everything except the lowest 1307 GLS. EDIT: By the filming locations and the way how the plates are placed, maybe it is Spanish Chrysler 150? Spanish repeater on front fender is not visible, but pic is a little blurred. -- Last edit: 2016-04-05 19:48:20 |

Was the 1307/1308 sold in Spain or was the market restricted for the locally made products? |

I think this is a Spanish built one |

150 was version for Spain, so I doubt they had there any 1307/1308 (if so, then perhaps from some sort of private import). Well it was the same with other models made/assembled in Spain for Spain. |
