This thing might be an early Fiat. I know that some of the early ones circa 1900 had one huge light sticking out in front. |

The (red) car in the main pic is different from the (green) car in the thumbnails. According to the license plate, teh Panhard & Levassor is a Type A, and in 1902 there were two Type A: 5CV [O2E] (14 built) and 7CV Légère [O2R] (280 built). |
