 BMW has narrow wheels so probably 2500 - they look sporty so may be accessory alloys - and maybe 74+ as lots of shiny stuff. Looks as if it has vinyl roof as well, which some very late E3s had as factory/dealer option in UK, so dating as 74+.

Yes - white is a Hawk with simple wheel trims and Sept 64+ S4 cabin.
